Suihua silicone-coated fiberglass cloth, available in single-sided and double-sided coatings, is a high-performance, multi-purpose composite material made from fire-retardant, high-temperature-resistant, and high-strength fiberglass cloth as the base material, coated with silicone rubber through coating, calendering, or impregnation followed by high-temperature hot vulcanization. This product has a high operating temperature, with long-term temperature resistance around 250℃ and short-term temperature resistance up to 280℃. It utilizes an environmentally friendly formula, exhibiting flame retardancy and low smoke.Silicone rubber offers comprehensive properties, including heat resistance, aging resistance, high insulation, weather resistance, and chemical resistance. Silicone-coated fiberglass cloth retains the high strength, temperature resistance, fire resistance, and insulation of fiberglass, while also possessing unique properties such as breathability, corrosion resistance, water resistance, and oil resistance. It is also soft, tough, and easy to process, making it superior to ordinary coated fabrics and suitable for a wide range of applications.
